The 5th Avenue Synagogue building is a historical landmark at the heart of midtown Manhattan dating back to the 1950s.
For this project, Mamre collaborated with MD Mechanical to deliver a brand new mechanical system for the building while maintaining the architectural integrity of the Synagogue, an important client requirement.
Throughout the installation phase, Mamre provided the client with innovative alternative installation solutions to avert challenges that arose during the construction phase that could have resulted in a deviation from the building’s architectural intent.
Phase I of the project was delivered on time while ensuring the building remained operational. Phase II is on-going through 2022.
