Mamre provides SGI mechanical system maintenance on a quarterly basis to ensure that comfort heating and cooling is delivered consistently, and that the equipment is properly maintained long-term.
In addition to scheduled maintenance, Mamre provides active remote monitoring through an on-site BSM system to ensure the system is operational, as well as as 24 hour on-call service as needed.

French Consulate

Description
The French Consulate is housed at a historical landmark building in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Mamre provides the French Consulate mechanical system maintenance on a quarterly basis to ensure that comfort heating and cooling is delivered consistently, and that the equipment is properly maintained long-term.
Because of the building’s age, insulation can be a challenge. To ensure that the building is properly heated and cooled, Mamre consistently monitors temperature levels, and ensures that the system is running at an adequate capacity through an on-site BMS system. Additionally, Mamre provides the consulate 24-hour on-call service support as needed.
