Description
Wind Watch is a high end residential building in Long Island, New York, consisting of 150 apartment units.
Mamre was engaged to conduct all mechanical installation for both the individual apartment units and the building’s amenities and common spaces.
The client also engaged Mamre to install an innovative BMS solution for the building’s garage exhaust system. Underground garages require that CO2 levels are consistently monitored and that exhaust fans are automatically activated when certain thresholds are met. The BMS system recommended by Mamre allows Wind Watch to meet this requirement while also keeping the project cost within the specified budget.
